Ability to develop and maintain collaborative partnerships with stakeholders, key leaders from other agencies, other jurisdictions, ALSTA and DDA programs, and other work teams.Proven leadership skills and personal management to build and motivate a team to achieve targeted results.Ability to identify problems and develop solutions, prioritize workload, manage deadlines, organize workflow, and multi-task in a smart and timely fashion.
